Packing or Boxing items will be charged at an hourly rate of $75 an hour.
Boxes and other materials can be provided for an additional fee.
~ Transporting
Loading and transporting your items will not be charged hourly, but instead
according to the items you need moved and mileage. For more

us.
~ Move-out Cleaning
Includes: Sweeping, Vacuuming, Mopping, Countertops, Toilets, Sinks,
Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer, Glass/Windows
~ Carpet Cleaning

Example: You refer a client to us who just signed a lease with you.
Total cost of the move is $450.00
Your commission will be $31.50
Paid out on the 30th of every month.
